For our production, we are looking for a temporary assistant team leader for our patisserie team in Gentbrugge to cover for an absent colleague.

What do we expect from you?

• You coordinate the assigned tasks within your team and ensure that our fresh products are ready on time for our drivers.

• You also contribute to a correct follow-up of the planning.

• You communicate in a smooth and clear manner with your colleagues, the team leaders of our workshop in Gentbrugge, and the supporting departments (HR, support).

• You can quickly and effectively solve problems.

• If necessary, you pitch in yourself to ensure that deliveries are made on time, correctly, and efficiently.

• You are a true coach. You train (new) employees and guide the entire team of pastry chefs.

• Together with your team, you are responsible for creating the most delicious bread in our stores.
